John Nowak is a self taught woodworker creating handcrafted boards in Glenburn, ME. A native of Western Massachusetts I spent every summer family vacation in York Beach, Maine. My career path includes professional musician, licensed optician, Vietnam era veteran serving in Korea, and small business owner.
In my 50s I went back to school to become a Physician Assistant, which brought me back to Maine. Now retired I'm enjoying learning my craft and exploring the beauty of wood, each piece is a unique piece of functional art that with good care will last for generations. I created Cedar Breeze Woodworking in 2022 to share my Maine made boards with friends, family, and you!
