Welcome to Wax Mania Candles!
Founded by Dan and Julie in 2020 during the height of the pandemic lockdown, Dan began making candles as a new hobby. What he learned in the process was that he loved it!
A GIS Analyst/Cartographer by trade, Dan loved the creative aspect of making candles. As he perfected his craft, others took notice of the quality and workmanship of his final products. Dan and Julie began selling candles at local craft shows, pop-up shops, and to family and friends. Sales took off after that, and they soon launched a successful Etsy business. Wax Mania Candles has since sold its “Made Only In Maine” candles all over the United States. Many of our candles are Maine-themed, as a way of expressing love for our native state.
Wax Mania Candles are all hand made of 100% soy wax in small batches at our studio in North Yarmouth. We hope you will join us on this journey and allow us to provide you with that special gift, piece of home décor, or a Maine-themed candle to remind you of your time in the Pine Tree State.
