"Acadia Rocky Coastline" was originally painted in acrylics on primed BFK Rives paper and is approximately 10"x14". Acadia is a special place to most Mainers and indeed the nation as a whole. Each beach has a unique character, and the artist chose to try to capture this beach's unique personality by playing with the colors she used for the rocks, juxtaposing oranges and purples to encourage people to look just a little closer at the scene and appreciate it for just a little longer.
