Kate Stein Quilt Designs

I retired a few years ago. I have always loved to quilt and take photos. After making so many large quilts, we down-sized and I started making art quilts. I started making cards for family and friends as they all had larger projects from me. I get inspiration from my photos and enjoy bringing them to life in fabric. Each one of these cards is unique because I like to use my fabric and thread as a palette of color to bring my pictures to life. I love looking at my fabric and saying “What would you like to be today!” I like special orders as they give me ideas that I may not have thought of yet. So much fabric so little time!
